This Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System Manual intends to provide a clear and practical procedures and tools to manage a systematic tracking and analyses of the progress and results of implementing the Integrated Natural Resources Management Project (INREMP).  It will be used exclusively by the National Project Coordination Office (NPCO), DENR Offices in CAR, Region 7, Region 10 and the ARMM as well as the Provincial Project Management Offices (PPMOs) and the Watershed Management Project Coordination Offices (WMPCOs) implementing the components of the project.
